Room was beautiful and super clean. Excellent location with only 4 mins away from Hounslow central station. I stayed here for three nights. All staff were respectful, patient and professional from check in to check out and everything in between. They made my stay just like home.

Spotless Spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful and tolerate of my demands. Amenities are nice. The bed was so comfortable, we slept all day. Great location near to restaurants and Hounslow central Tube. Overall Good! We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely be returning.

When I arrived, I was made to pay in cash despite it being against booking.com policy. An employee forced me into his car to take me to a cash point, which was terrifying. I paid for parking, which was the driveway of a random person's house. There was nobody on the reception desk when I went to find the breakfast I booked in the morning, and no breakfast to be found. When I eventually found someone hours later they told me I'd be entitled to a full refund. When I left, they filed me as a no-show and i was charged TWICE via card through booking.com It's been 6 months and they said I'd have my refund if I took down my negative review. It's been escalated to court, and I've still not received a penny. This place is dangerous.

Do not stay here! And definitely read reviews on here and Google to see why (bedbugs)! Overcharge for everything, rooms are far too small, freezing showers, rude and pushy staff and overall tried to ruin our weekend. Car park is someone's back garden that isn't secure. Probably safer in the street! Would rate 0 stars if I could.

I booked this trip through Expedia for myself and my friend. I had messaged the hotel numerous times and spoke to them regarding parking as we were going to watch the rugby, we knew we couldn’t check in until later but they said that was absolutely fine and we could drop the car off and check in later. We went to the hotel for them to turn around and say we didn’t have a reservation. I had all the confirmations on my phone however the receptionist was so unbelievably rude and didn’t seem to care nor help us regarding this, it was an absolute DISGRACE. We are not from the area and as it was a Saturday you can imagine hotels all around are now extremely expensive and there wasn’t a lot to choose from. She just kept saying it’s expedias fault and she was slating them saying they false advertise and it’s all their fault when I have spoke to Expedia they have said it was a mistake on Homestay Hotels part and they wouldn’t even answer any phone calls or emails to them regarding this. Expedias and the hotels systems should be synced and we didn’t get any communication saying the hotel was now sold out and we didn’t have a room so you can imagine how we felt when we turned up. I can’t believe the attitude of the receptionist when she could clearly see we were stressed out at this situation and she was laughing at points in the conversation which I just think is terrible customer service. I have now taken this matter up with Expedia however this hotel should really re think who they hire because they are front of house and are representing the hotel. What’s even better is I then got an email from the hotel later that afternoon saying “Dear Guest, We are delighted to have you and we are looking forward seeing you. We wish you a warm Welcome and hope you enjoy your stay with us. Kind regards, Homestay Hotels”, honestly an absolute joke. DO NOT bother booking here unless you want to be patronised and spoken to like you’re worth nothing. Disgraceful.
